30-Minute Service

$90.00

Important: If the service extends beyond 35-minutes, customers will be charged for a 1-hour service. Additionally, if the repair is major, customers will be charged for a major repair. 

30-minute jobs include:

  • Installation of new grinder. Installed and dialled in to achieve a satisfactory rate of extraction and final espresso strength.
  • Grinder repair. Dismantling and cleaning grinder, or replacing grinder blades, capacitor, or doser return spring.
  • Adjusting grind amount/customer pour times. E.g. 2x30ml for 24-28 sec pour time.
  • Unclogging small blockages. E.g. Blockages in the waste hose, steam pipe, injectors, etc.
  • Changing group head seals and shower filters. Seals and showers are located where the coffee handle locks into.
  • Programming coffee machine volumetrics. Volumetrics is the amount of water that comes out of the coffee machine when pulling shots for 8oz, 12oz and 16oz cups.
  • Brief training on coffee machine and grinders.
  • External pump or capacitor replacement.
  • Adjusting pump pressure and steam pressure. The pump pushes the water through the coffee, and the steam pressure helps with texturing milk - this is very important.
  • Fixing any small leaks. Caused by faulty breather valve, safety valves, loose pipes etc.
  • Water filter replacement.
  • Group solenoid replacement. If the machine shorts out when you press the button to make coffee, the complete group solenoid will need replacement.

1-Hour Service

$155.00

1-hour jobs include:

  • General Service. General servicing is not a repair; it is a preventative maintenance measure which will cut down costs in the future.
  • Internal pump and capacitor replacement.
  • Pressure switch replacement and programming. A pressure switch is what turns your elements on and off.
  • Grinder blade replacement, clean and calibration. Blades in a grinder are critical; when the grinder blades get blunt, this will create inconsistent pores and bitterness in your coffee.

Major Repair

$145.00

Important: If the repair extends beyond 1-hour, every subsequent half-hour will cost an additional $45.

A major repair is when your machine or grinder is entirely down, whether it's an electrical problem or plumbing issue. These issues can take some time to diagnose and repair, but at Complete Espresso we only hire the best to get the job done quickly and at the highest possible standard.

We understand the urgency when a coffee machine is completely down, so we prioritise any emergencies by sending a technician out immediately. There is no allocated length of time for major issues; a technician will arrive onsite, diagnose what the problems are, and relay this information to the owner, before proceeding with the repair.

It's as easy as this, once we receive a confirmation for the job, the technician will arrive onsite and in no time they will get your machine back up and running.

*If the owner chooses not to go ahead with the repair after the diagnosis, there will be a call-out fee and some labour charged.

Machine Installation

$350.00

Getting your machine installed correctly is critical. If it's done right, this will save you money down the track.

All installations include programming of the machine and dialling in the grinder. They also come with 1x short-braided water hose and a triple-action cartridge water filter. If your machine has a stainless steel boiler we recommend grabbing one of our BWT filters, which are more expensive but are better the stainless steel boilers in your machine. We will also provide operational training for your new equipment.

A key advantage of getting us to install your equipment is that you won't need to call the Coffee Guy after the installation... We not only install your machine and grinder, but we also spend the time dialling in your grinder and making sure all programming on the coffee machine is set, so you can start making coffee immediately.

*If a pressure limiting valve is needed for your main water tap, this will be an extra cost.

Home Machine Installation

$225.00

It's an exciting time when you purchase your coffee machine for home, but the excitement soon turns to dismay when you realise replicating that delicious café flavour is not as easy as your local barista made it look. 


One of our trained staff will come to your residence to install your coffee machine and give you comprehensive training. In no time, you'll be bragging to your friends about how good your coffee is.
